Imperfect

The way to perfection starts from imperfect actions. Perfection itself does not exist, it is like a goal that you would never reach but the point is to enjoy the process and the journey towards the goal. Although, the phenomenon of perfectionism has been shown as an obstacle to success by recent research. The reasoning behind it is that people procrastinate more, when they want to be perfect. The thoughts are the following: "Since I am not able to make it perfect, I'd rather not do it, delay it, wait until I have more skills, experience, talent, etc. " But how are you going to be better if you don't do anything and when is that "enough" of you to show up? People give up their dreams, delay their lives, fail to uncover their full potential just because of the fear to do something imperfectly.

I live this belief now and my blog proves it. I always felt that I have some thoughts to share but English is not my native language and I am imperfect in grammar and vocabulary so I waited. It actually took me years to get to this point and I wanted to start a blog many times but never did as I was not enough. I thought I would wait until I was older, wiser, smarter, more educated, more this and more that.. But.. Here is the truth:
