Running your dream
Running is what became a savior for me at the COVID time. I never considered running long distances before. For me running was like a warm-up or jogging but not a complete activity for sure.
However, one day I read in some book that there are people, who do marathons just for themselves to stay committed to running, since you have to train regularly to go through the longer distances. I got interested and I love challenges.
First month I was using a will power each time to push myself until that day happened. My first 10k race. When I did 10k for the first time, something clicked in me. It's not just about the much larger portion of endorphins after but also the new feeling of stretching my inner power. I realized that I did something "impossible" for me before. I was hooked, no more willpower needed. I am a running addict now, I completed 2 half-marathons as of today and registered for a full marathon in 2 months,
What keeps me hooked, as my accomplishments of longer distances in running somehow makes me fearless in reaching higher goals in my business.
